PARENT TEACHER CONFERENCES

December 6th - 9th, 13th

March 13 - 15th

Parent conferences and parent-teacher collaboration are important and enable you to assist in the academic progress of your child.  Individual or team conferences will be conducted on the above dates for parent(s)/guardian(s).  While we try to meet with parents and students receiving a C- grade or lower, if your student is receiving a better grade and you would like a conference, you may still request a conference. School will be dismissed promptly at 12:29 p.m. on each conference day.  Lunch will be served from 12:30 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. for all grades. The library will be open from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m.  Homework Club and math tutoring will not be available on these days, so teachers can participate in and prepare for conferences.

We will be using an online webpage to schedule parent-teacher conferences. Please log on to www.SignUpGenius.com and click on the tab"Find a Sign Up." Then search by teacher email to schedule a conference with any teacher. Please type in your student’s name under comments. You may also find a link to sign up on our school website www.adamsmiddle.org.

Appointment requests will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis.  In order to allow teachers to prepare for the conference, please sign up 24 hours in advance. We kindly request that you arrive on time and keep in mind that each conference is scheduled for 20 minutes. You may also request a phone conference by indicating on the comment section “phone conference requested, please call me at (enter your phone number),” when you register for a conference.
