You don’t have to volunteer to be a member of PTSA, but volunteering even just a few hours a week or month to just one or two times a year can really make a difference in the lives of your child and the school community at large. The PTSA is only as strong as its volunteers - come help make Adams great!

Programs Chairman Works with a committee and other chairmen to prepare a schedule of PTSA programs. |
Legislation Chairman Provides PTSA members with information about PTSA positions on current legislation and issues. |

Auditor Determines the accuracy of the books and records of the financial officer. |
Hands on Art Docents Attend workshops to learn an art projects. Teach the art project/lesson to a class. |

Nutrition Coordinator Works with a committee to coordinate a PTSA-run nutrition program for Adams Middle School. |
Honorary Service Award Chair Work with a committee to award individuals at our school that have performed outstanding service to students and youth. |

Student Involvement Chairman Work with Student Board Members with leadership skills and assisting them in encouraging other students to participate in the PTSA. |
Student Board Members (3) Represents each grade level at board meetings. Voice students’ issues to the board. Encourage student body involvement in the PTSA. |

8th Grade Dance Coordinator Works with a committee to coordionate the 8th Grade Dance. |
Library Volunteers Assist librarian in various duties in the library. Re-shelving, assisting students, etc. |

Career Center Volunteers Provide assistance to students in the career center. |
Office Staff Volunteers Provide the main office staff with assistance with various clerical duties and/or projects. |
