Individual parent conferences will be conducted on March 12, 13, and 14 for parent(s)/guardian(s) of all students receiving grades lower than a D.  School will be dismissed promptly at 12:29 pm on each conference day.  Lunch will be served from 12:29 pm to 1:00 pm for all grades. In order for teachers to participate in conferences, the Library, Homework Club, and Math Tutoring will not be in session this week.

We will be using an online webpage to schedule parent-teacher conferences. Further announcements about how to sign up will be made in the New Year.

Appointment requests will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis.  In order to allow teachers to prepare for the conference, please sign up at least 24 hours in advance. We kindly request that you arrive on time and keep in mind that each conference is scheduled for 20 minutes. You may also request a phone conference by indicating on the comment section “phone conference requested, please call me at (enter your phone number),” when you register for a conference.

If you do not have access to the internet, you may call the teacher directly and he or she can reserve a conference spot for you. Please remember that spots are limited and will fill up on a first-come, first-serve basis. 

We recommend you check the Infinite Campus Parent Portal on a weekly basis to review your student’s grades and attendance.  You may call our office at (310) 798-8636 if you have problems logging on.
