Summative ELPAC Test
The Summative ELPAC test is an annual test which assesses English Learners language levels in four domains: Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking. Students will take this annual test in the Spring in their ELD elective class one section at a time in a group setting. The Speaking portion of the test is a one to one administration.
Initial ELPAC Test
The Initial ELPAC test is given to newly California enrolled students who indicate on the Home Language Survey another language other than English is spoken. Students are given this test in one test session and will be identified accordingly to notify the school if a student needs additional language support.
