Greek Thought (mythology, achievements, etc.)

Finish the Recruitment Slideshow for either Athens or Sparta.  Follow the assignment directions posted to Google Classroom.  Quiz next class session on Athens, Sparta, and the Peloponnesian War.  Resources for you to study are on Google Classroom.
 
Note:  If you didn't finish the Ed Puzzle in class, you need to finish it for homework.  Make sure you are bringing your Chromebook and earbuds/headphones to school every day.

Complete notes on Athens and Sparta in your Interactive Notebook.

Study for quiz on Tuesday/Wednesday.  The topics covered will be the forms of government (Monarchy, Oligarchy, Tyranny, Democracy) and the Persian War.  I recommend studying in your IN from pages 78 and on. You could also rewatch any of the videos we viewed.

Write 'news article' about the Persian War (page 88 in your Interactive Notebook).  Quiz next week on Greek form of governments and the Persian Wars on Tuesday/Wednesday.

Complete the "Democracy In Athens" HW Assignments.  The directions are posted to Google Classroom, and the assignments include an article on Newsela and a video on Ed Puzzle.
