Trisha Kwan - Room 38

Hello! My name is Mrs. Trisha Kwan and I teach Math 6 and Learning Academy. This is my tenth year teaching and seventh year at Adams Middle School. I attended UC Irvine for my bachelor's degree and received my Multiple Subject Credential, Mild/Moderate credential, and Masters of Education from UCLA. I believe that every student has the opportunity to grow and succeed when given the support that is specific to him or her. I think is important to focus on academics, but also be mindful of social/emotional needs. In my free time, I love to spend time with my dogs, Phoebe and Stuart, go to Disneyland with my sond, and try new ice cream shops. I look forward to learning with you this year.
