Title I
Adams Middle School is identified as a Title I Targeted Assistance school. The Title I program is a federal program that provides funding to schools to improve the academic achievement of disadvantaged and/or under performing students. The School Site Council is a governing body that assists the principal in evaluating and monitoring the academic program and school goals in order to determine how these monies can best be utilized to support Title I students. If you were unable to come to the informational meeting, please click on the link on the right hand column titled "Title I 2021-2022". This will walk you through any information you may need to help you get started on Title I and how it will help your student.

School Parent Compact Form
We are asking that all parents of Title I identified students complete the School Parent Compact Form. This will allow us to be able to help your students at any point in time throughout the year if they need additional support in school. Please complete the form below.
After school Tutoring
Currently, tutoring will be available based on need. We will be hosting after school tutoring from 3-4pm Tuesday through Thursday. We will also have Air Tutors available to students for those students who need additional support.
If you are interested in signing up for after school tutoring, please fill out the Additional After School Support Form, so we can process your request.
*Please note that there will be no after-school tutoring on minimum days when students are dismissed at 12:29 PM or earlier.

Title I Parent Event Nights
Adams' loves to provide parent education opportunities and typically hosts targeted Title I Parent Event Nights. Are Title I event often give parents the opportunity to choose from a variety of "breakout" sessions where they can hear presentations on the topics that are most meaningful to them. Past topics included "Supporting Your Student In Math", "Supporting Your Student In English/Language Arts", "The Middle School Brain and Increasing Positive Behavior At Home", "Organizational Systems For A Successful Student", "Growth Mindset", "Preventing The Summer Slide", and "Discipline & Motivation", just to name a few. In addition to getting more information on these topics, parents and families are also given a plethora of free helpful items, from Math & ELA study guides, parenting and study skills books, binders fully loaded with paper, dividers, and school supplies, and goal-setting guides.
