About Me:

My name is Amber Rose Di Ferdinand. I was born and raised in Huntington Beach. I have a Bachelor’s Degree (UC Irvine), Master’s Degree (Durham University, England), and Single Subject Teaching Credential (CSU Long Beach); all three degrees are in English. I also have my Teach English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) Certificate (Puerto Vallarta, Mexico).

This is my fifth year as a teacher and my fifth year at Adams Middle School. I’ve received Rookie Teacher of the Year (2021) and the PTSA Outstanding Teacher Award (2022). While I do love reading and writing, I also love working with young people. Being an English teacher is my dream come true! I am also the teacher sponsor for ASB on campus. It is my second year and I am really enjoying it.
