Important Preparation Dates - 2019
7th Grade Parent/Student San Gorgonio Camp Information Meeting - Wednesday, March 27, 2019 @ 6pm in the Adams Cafeteria. At this meeting, the following will be addressed:
- San Gorgonio Camp Overview
- Cabin Assignments
- Pressing Questions
How much does San Gorgonio Cost?
The cost for each student will $270. The cost includes camp & bus transportation fees. Please send a $135 deposit by Friday, March 8, 2019. Checks should be made payable to: ADAMS MIDDLE SCHOOL
FINAL payment of $135 is due by no later than Friday, April 12, 2019.
**Please note, if your child meets eligibility to attend San Gorgonio Camp, and a deposit is made, his/her spot will immediately be reserved and deposits are non-refundable. If your child does NOT meet eligibility, you will be refunded for your total deposit.**
Who is eligible to participate in San Gorgonio?
Seventh Graders are eligible to participate in San Gorgonio. Eligibility is based on grades, attendance, and behavior. If your student does not earn a minimum of 2.0 GPA at the end of the third quarter report, has any D's or F's or N's or U's in Citizenship; or has had any discipline incidents, he/she will not be eligible to attend San Gorgonio Camp.
Space is limited to 120 students, therefore, reservations are accepted on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED basis.
If your student takes ANY over the counter OR prescribed medications, you must have the form below filled out & signed by you AND a doctor. This includes something as simple as using Dramamine for motion sickness to an inhaler for asthma. Please return the filled out form AND prescription medication to the school nurse by: Friday, April 12, 2019.
