How much does science camp cost?
The cost for each student is approximately $350. This cost includes camp & bus transportation fees. Please check back for the deposit due date. All checks should be made payable to ADAMS MIDDLE SCHOOL.
**Please note, if your child meets eligibility to attend science camp, and a deposit is made, his/her spot will immediately be reserved and deposits are non-refundable.**
Who is eligible to participate in science camp?
Emerald Cove camp is available to all 6th grade students. Eligibility is based on grades, attendance, and behavior. Students, who have earned a 2.0 or higher GPA, have a citizenship grade of an S or higher, and have no discipline incidents are eligible to attend 6th grade science camp.
Space is limited to 145 students; therefore, reservations are accepted on a first come, first served basis.
There will be a parent information meeting approximately a week or two before camp. It will be announced and placed on the website, so check back soon for the date. At this meeting, the following will be addressed:

- Staff Supervision
- Activities
- Cabin Assignments
- Pressing Questions
Does your child need medication?
If your student takes ANY over the counter OR prescribed medications, you must have the form below filled out & signed by you AND a doctor. This includes something as simple as using Dramamine for motion sickness to an inhaler for asthma.
