Science

Science instruction comes from a specialized curriculum program called The Unique Learning System. This program is aimed towards students with special needs. The program offers a variety of topics that focus on teaching the material in an understandable and relatable format.

Math

During math students work on concepts such as counting, patterns, calendar skills, addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, place value, fractions,  money, telling time, and more. All students work at their individual pace and advance through the curriculum. Lessons are taught using a variety of techniques, including the use of hands-on manipulatives, visual aides, educational games, and several research-based instructional programs.
