Search Our Library

Introducing Destiny Discover: A whole new way to browse for books!
Looking for a book for a project or Bookopoly report, or just want to find something fun to read?
Click this button to browse all the materials and resources in our library.
Type in the title of a book or a keyword to search our library collection.
If you have been using Destiny Quest to search for books, you will be familiar with our reading lists, especially our Bookopoly lists.  In Destiny Discover, these lists are stored as "collections".  You can search for individual books, or search by entering a subject keyword, or search for the name of a collection if you know it.
Destiny Discover will be replacing Destiny Quest in the not-too-distant future.  Contact Mrs. Crompton if you need help using it.

Search using Destiny Quest

Students can still search for books in our library database by clicking on the link below.
You will see the Destiny Quest home screen.  Click the "Find" box to begin your search or look under the "Public Lists" tab in the "Resource Lists" section to see some lists of books about specific topics.
All users browse the catalog as "Guest".  Click on a book title to see more details about the book (where available) and similar title recommendations.

Destiny Quest home screen

If you see a book you're interested in, click "Add to this list" to create a temporary list to help you search for the books in the library.  This list, called "My List", is accessible from the home screen as long as your browser stays open.  This list can also be used to create bibliography and citation lists that you can copy and paste into book reports (click on "Print Options" when viewing your list).

Look under "Public Lists" in the Resource Lists section for reading lists for Bookopoly or summer reading or other general interest.

PLEASE NOTE: These lists are currently under construction by library staff and volunteers so if you can't find something that you want, please see the library staff for assistance.

PARENTS - If you would like to help us expand our reading lists, please sign up to volunteer in the library one morning!
